All Rfaction products carry a 21-day money back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 21-days of the date of shipment recieved for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item(s), your refund or new item will be processed within 48 hours. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of having been engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Payment terms: Cash, Personal Check, Pay Pal. Personal Checks will have a 7-day hold.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping costs for orders from Rfaction depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are all weight-based.
